Empathic, intuitive therapy that welcomes you just as you are. Together, we'll amplify your own voice and build a foundation for lasting change.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
Becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is my second career act in life. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in Bay Area tech finance for 20 years, and struggled with my own burnout and mental health issues. I was drawn to do this work because I experienced, first hand, how transformative and healing it can be. My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change is possible — and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for healing.
My areas of practice include burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is integrative and intuitive because I find that therapy is not one size fits all. I can help you learn to listen to and trust your own voice. We will work together to uncover the unconscious patterns that may work against you. We will definitely laugh together and may even cry together. Let me hold whatever is weighing you down right now. I've got you.
A safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world, build self-awareness, and develop strategies for lasting wellbeing. Sessions are personalized to your unique history and goals.
Rebuild trust, deepen connection, and learn to communicate with clarity and care. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we'll work on what brings you together rather than what pulls you apart.
When you are emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted because of work or other roles that include prolonged stress, therapy provides a space where you can figure out where to go from here.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I support clients in processing and healing from traumatic experiences — gently, at your pace, with deep respect for your nervous system.
Understanding where anxiety & depression stems from helps you have more compassion for yourself as you struggle with symptoms. Evidence-based techniques and somatic awareness can help with symptom management and build resilience.
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video therapy for clients throughout California. Bringing quality care to wherever you are — home, office, or on the go.
No two people arrive in therapy the same way. My approach draws from multiple modalities, always tailored to fit who you are and what you're working through.
Our earliest bonds shape how we relate to ourselves and others. By exploring attachment patterns, we uncover the roots of present struggles and begin to reshape them.
For couples, it's not just about fixing problems or learning how to resolve conflict, it's about strengthening the bond. EFT helps you really hear the emotions and needs underneath what each other is saying.
Trauma is held not just in the mind but in the body. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps the brain process and integrate difficult experiences.
I honor every client's unique cultural identity, background, and lived experience as central to the therapeutic process — not an afterthought.
