The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
— Carl Rogers

A therapist who listens differently.

Becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is my second career act in life. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in Bay Area tech finance for 20 years, and struggled with my own burnout and mental health issues. I was drawn to do this work because I experienced, first hand, how transformative and healing it can be. My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change is possible — and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for healing.

My areas of practice include burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is integrative and intuitive because I find that therapy is not one size fits all. I can help you learn to listen to and trust your own voice. We will work together to uncover the unconscious patterns that may work against you. We will definitely laugh together and may even cry together. Let me hold whatever is weighing you down right now. I've got you.

Therapy for every season of life.

01
Individual Therapy

A safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world, build self-awareness, and develop strategies for lasting wellbeing. Sessions are personalized to your unique history and goals.

02
Couples Therapy

Rebuild trust, deepen connection, and learn to communicate with clarity and care. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we'll work on what brings you together rather than what pulls you apart.

03
Burnout

When you are emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted because of work or other roles that include prolonged stress, therapy provides a space where you can figure out where to go from here.

04
Trauma & EMDR

As an EMDR-trained therapist, I support clients in processing and healing from traumatic experiences — gently, at your pace, with deep respect for your nervous system.

05
Anxiety & Depression

Understanding where anxiety & depression stems from helps you have more compassion for yourself as you struggle with symptoms. Evidence-based techniques and somatic awareness can help with symptom management and build resilience.

06
Telehealth Sessions

Secure, HIPAA-compliant video therapy for clients throughout California. Bringing quality care to wherever you are — home, office, or on the go.

Rooted in evidence, guided by empathy and intuition.

No two people arrive in therapy the same way. My approach draws from multiple modalities, always tailored to fit who you are and what you're working through.

Frequently asked.

Starting therapy brings up a lot of questions — that's completely natural. Here are answers to what I hear most often. Don't see yours? Reach out anytime.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Sometimes we find ourselves knowing we need something, or we need a change, or we need help, and we don't know where to start. Therapy can benefit anyone seeking "more" or "different", even if you're not sure what that looks like. A free 15-minute consultation is a great first step with no commitment required.
What does a first session look like?
The first session is about getting to know you. We'll explore what brings you in, your history, and what you're hoping to work toward. It's also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and ask any questions you have. There's no pressure — we move at your pace.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes! I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video therapy for clients throughout California. Telehealth sessions are just as effective as in-person for most presenting concerns and offer flexibility that many clients appreciate.
Do you take insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide a monthly superbill you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many PPO plans cover a portion of out-of-network therapy. Please contact your insurance provider directly for more information.
How long does therapy typically last?
Duration varies widely based on your goals, history, and what you're working through. Some clients find meaningful resolution in a few months; others choose to continue for a year or more for deeper work. We'll regularly revisit your goals together and you're always in the driver's seat.
Is everything I share kept confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship. Everything shared in our sessions is protected by law, with a few narrow exceptions (such as imminent risk of harm) that I'll explain clearly at the outset of our work together.
